RULES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

Paper presentation:

• Maximum two teams per college.
• ONE or TWO participants per team.
• Last date for sending abstract (Not exceeding 300 words) on or before 15^th Feb2011. The Abstracts can be sent to this Email id: munafasa2011@gmail.com.
• The selected participants are requested to send a hard copy of the full paper (Not exceeding 3000 words) on or before 23^rd Feb2011 and a soft copy of the power point presentation must be submitted in CD only, on the event day. No pen drive will be allowed.
• Presentation time will be SEVEN minutes and Q&A session THREE minutes.

MUNAFASA 2011-Infinite Innovations

General rules & regulations:

1. Registration for all events will take place between 8.30am to 10.00am.
2. Dress code must be formal only.
3. Students must bring their college ID cards or Bonafide certificate.
4. Maximum 13 participants from each college will be allowed to register.
5. No participation fee will be collected from participants.
6. Participants are requested to report 10 minutes before the start of an event to the Venue.
7. Working lunch will be provided.
8. Strict discipline must be maintained in the campus.
9. Judges decision will be final and binding.
10. Vulgarity in any form will not be tolerated.
11. Each participant is allowed to register for one event only.
12. Cheering group (2 persons) can accompany the teams and lunch will be provided.
