Event plan & rules

General rules & regulations:

  1. Registration for all events will take place between 8.30am to 10.00am.
  2. Dress code must be formal only.
  3. Students must bring their college ID cards or Bonafide certificate.
  4. Maximum 13 participants from each college will be allowed to register.
  5. No participation fee will be collected from participants.
  6. Participants are requested to report 10 minutes before the start of an event to the Venue.
  7. Working lunch will be provided.
  8. Strict discipline must be maintained in the campus.
  9. Judges decision will be final and binding.
  10. Vulgarity in any form will not be tolerated.
  11. Each participant is allowed to register for one event only.
  12. Cheering group (2 persons) can accompany the teams and lunch will be provided.
Event rules:
Paper presentation:
  • Maximum two teams per college.
  • ONE or TWO participants per team.
  • Last date for sending abstract (Not exceeding 300 words) on or before 15th Feb2011. The Abstracts can be sent to this Email id: munafasa2011@gmail.com.
  • The selected participants are requested to send a hard copy of the full paper (Not exceeding 3000 words) on or before 23rd Feb2011 and a soft copy of the power point presentation must be submitted in CD only, on the event day. No pen drive will be allowed.
  • Presentation time will be SEVEN minutes and Q&A session THREE minutes.

Best Manger:
  • One participant per college.
  • The participants are informed to bring the relevant properties for the event.


Ad Zap:
  • One team per college.
  • Maximum of FIVE participants per team.
  • Participants have to bring their own materials. Only charts will be provided.


Business quiz:
  • One team per college.
  • TWO participants per team.


Business plan:
  • One team per college.
  • Maximum of THREE participants per team.
  • All entries must be submitted within the stipulated deadlines.
  • The material submitted with the entry or original ideas and that it does not infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Business plan should have a cover page that contains details of the team members and their contact details.
  • The executive summary and business plan should be in Times New Roman,
    Font Size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
  •  Executive summary should be sent on or before 15th February
  • Acceptance of summary will be intimated.
